A Hyderabad real estate advisory for buyers who want the paperwork right before the price is discussed.
Our name
The NRR in our name are the initials of our founder's father. His house was the kind every family hopes for: a fair price, a man who picked up the phone, and paperwork that was exactly what he said it was. "Estate" is the land, the plots and the homes that families build their futures on. NRR Estates is a promise to hold every property we advise on to his standard.
What we do
We advise on and sell villas and new apartments in Hyderabad, and open plots and agriculture and farm land across Hyderabad's growth corridors and every Telangana district. Our NRI desk handles the specific problems of buying from abroad: eligibility under FEMA, funding through NRE or NRO accounts, powers of attorney that registrars accept, TDS, and repatriation.
How we are paid
By a fee agreed in writing before you commit to a property, usually a percentage of the transaction value or a fixed advisory fee for document verification and registration support. We do not take undisclosed commissions from sellers or developers on deals where we represent the buyer.
What we will not do
- Sell you agricultural land if you are an NRI or OCI, because the law does not permit it.
- Register a property whose title our lawyer has not cleared.
- Quote a price as a fact when it is an estimate. Every range on this site says so.
